Does anyone know if there is an organization which refers specialists who are top of their field for specific illnesses?  I think I recall that one exists but not sure what it was called.  Thank you.  Looking for a severe headaches specialist.

There are organizations for just about any illness who can refer you to specialists.

RCCS for cancer, Rayim Mesikim for diabetes, and so on and so forth. A Jewish yellow pages should have them all listed.

I know from personal experience that some of these organizations could work absolute wonders as far as getting "impossible" appointments and the like.
