I understand the importance of what Chabad should certainly consider the primary מקדש מעט, but that is the same for any chassidus and for that matter for BMG and the like. Was his intention to hav 770 license plates etc? (even if this picture is a fake there are other similar stuff out there-pictures on tefilin bags etc.) No other chassidus does anything even close AFAIK.

Are you trying to compare Chabad to other types of Chassidus?

Did you read it? The Rebbe explains the significance of the number 770. Audi the Rebbe says that there are manyמקדשי מעטin golus. But only one which is like שף ויתיב בנהרדא

Yeah but these remazim for the place which are very nice but seem ti  be taken further than intended. My curiosity is satisfied.

They refer to this place as the actual foundation to the 3rd beis hamikdash or something. Obviously it is of great importance to them. Nowhere close to a normal shul that other chassidim have.

החידוש והייחודיות בקונטרס "בית רבינו שבבבל", הוא במימד הנצחיות שמעניק הרבי לבית קדוש זה: לאחר שקובע הרבי שבבית רבינו שבבבל ישנה השראת וגילוי השכינה מעין ודוגמת השראת וגילוי השכינה בבית המקדש, וממקום זה נמשך השראת וגילוי השכינה לכל המקומות הקדושים בעולם כולו, ובית זה נקרא בשם "תלפיות", שכל פיות פונות בו כבבית המקדש,

התבטאויות מיוחדות נוספות נאמרו בקונטרס, שבהן רמז הרבי מפורשות על עובדת היותו מלך המשיח. לדוגמה, בהערה 92 כותב הרבי: "ולהעיר, ש770 בגימטריא בית משיח".

In London it's very prevalent. Especially in regards to shuls.

It's a common thing with all buildings (especially in real estate world where you have to use the address anyway cause there are a few buildings with the same street name and you need to keep referring back to them)

Sorry but I've been around for a while and I've never heard of apartment buildings or schools called by their number (maybe 580). Shuls maybe but not much more than that. 770, 749 & 1414 but not much else.

The shuls in London do, especially when there's more than one such as Satmar 26.
