Yes, in fact I did. It says they had a conversation, and at the end of the conversation they he posed for the picture. So he held the tefillin in his hands during the whole conversation? Or for some reason he decided to pick them up just so they were in the picture? I don't get it.

Here's what most likely happened:

Rabbi Goldberg, holding tefillin in hand, approaches this individual, asking him in French if he's Jewish.

Mohammed VI replies that he's not, introduces himself and says something about his relationship with Jews in Morocco (and possibly with Lubavitch - his father Hassan was known to have an excellent relationship, and IINM there's some two way correspondence with the Rebbe and him).

Rabbi Goldberg throws in a few words about שבע מצוות בני נח, and they pose for a picture.

There's this dog that defecates outside my house every morning at 9:00. At 8:58 this morning, I saw the dog squatting outside my home and I said, "there you go again. It's high time you found another spot to do your business, perhaps in the alley way over there next to the dumpster?"

The dog looked at me and said, "I know it seems like I'm pooping all over your property and stinking it up, what with my history of doing exactly that every day at this time. But actually, all I was doing today was resting in the shade for a moment."

Duly chastised, I bowed my head and began walking away, when the clock struck 9 and he promptly took a huge dump.
