1 - She wasn't on secretly. As we have just seen with the previous link they were also on speaker phone. They get advance notice the president is calling.
2 - The content as she and widow understood it was not a lie. Is what they understood and what the president meant the same, most likely not.

My understanding is she is a friend of the family and the call was taken while she was in the car with the widow. Did she say something like "that was disrespectful" and the widow picked up on it? I have no idea. What I do know is she should have kept her mouth shut or convey her concern privately to the president.

Considering her behavior I can't imagine that she didn't spend the rest of their time together berating Trump.

While Wilson did not claim credit for helping to fund the building, she did spend about one-third of her speech dramatically recounting the four weeks she had to steer a bill through Congress and to the President's desk to name the building in the deceased FBI agents' names after the FBI asked for her help.

The sad part is I bet Kelly was given this wrong information. Then SHS doubled down on the wrong information and said it was "highly inappropriate" to question a five star general. This WH just doesn't get it.

meh, that is only because they fell for the whole equality charade and connect anything having to do with Sanders with that. They feel that anything Sanders advances it and anything against Sanders sets it back.
