Even the fake news article said that she said he meant what any level headed person, not trying to twist his words would assume he meant - breeding crime.

To me that seems to say - No normal person would think that way, and I didn't even think of bringing it up with the president before this meeting, but now that you're asking, I will ask him to clarify instead of saying something I did not confirm to be true.

She did not say "I don't know what he meant" she clearly explained what she believed he meant.

As I said before, you're constantly looking for ways to twist what he says to make him look bad.
