My bil has been doing business with a guy for 15 years, they went out to lunch recently, and elections came up. My bil mentioned he's for trump. The other guy froze, said "I'm going to have to defriend you", put $20 on the table and walked out.

Dems are the closed minded ones full of hatred. Personally I feel bad for them, that they can't see out of their bubble.

It's not only that he went after parent's of a fallen soldier. Its more about his pettiness and how he does it that make him wholly unfit to be in public service let alone a President.

A guy I know from business is a liberal says he can't fathom how people support Trump. They're obviously dumb and should not be allowed to vote.

Correct. Hillary is a sure-fail. Trump has a slight chance. Some pros and cons.
I think that they can work to fix a lot of the recent failures, as well. It will be hard, but they have better chance of working to turn around the country and not restrict Israel in building 'settlements' like the Hillary-team plans to do.

One thing there is no question about is that Trump is an expert marketer. That is something proven long before he entertained running for president. Many of the complaints about him fit well into his established marketing tactics and need to be viewed as such.
