I have a friend who's father did some "planning" with a Park Avenue law firm. He then died prematurely, and there's a complete mess.

IMHO it was because in the back of his mind every minute in the lawyers office was costing him $10 or more, he probably didn't let they lawyers dig deep enough to get the hard and soft facts straight, so he ended up with a "plan" which might have worse consequences than if he had died intestate (though that wouldn't have been pretty either).

I've seen too many documents drafted and plans made, without taking the proper time to dig down through both the hard and soft facts. Many times things work out, but quite a few times it can get very ugly, and even costlier than paying a few $10K to do the job done right, and have regular reviews.

Regardless of who gets elected, I see higher taxes and overall lower entitlements in our future. Things are simply not sustainable the way they are today.

That was it, no follow up about the implications? No digging into the question of why she did that (ala "what are you hiding")? Just say you're sorry and everything is OK? She committed a serious crime/breach - if not in using the server itself, then by destroying evidence after it was subpoenaed - and that's the kind of thing that you can move on from with just a simple apology?!

There's a lot of people in jail for destroying evidence who would have loved to just apologize and get away with it.

BTW how did you like when Trump actually MENTIONED Howard Stern (I think when clarifying his stance on going into Iraq)? I almost expected him to start saying, "Baba-booey, Howard Stern, Howard Stern, Baba-booey" and walk off the stage.

Hillary is a lifetime politician. She's running for president because she wants to achieve top in her field.

I'm a private citizen who's fed up with the way politicians mishandled things. I'm running for president because I want to fix the problems, and I think I have good ideas as to how to fix them.

But what about your tax returns. See above.

But you don't make your clothing in America. See above.

What about the birther movement? It's irrelevant, see above.

But it sounded like you said going into Iraq was a good idea. Doesn't matter, see above.

I agree in principle, which is to say that the vast majority of what gets talked about in the presidential race is irrelevant nonsense. But he still has to convince people that he has the right ideas and the right abilities to fix said problems. 'Believe me' doesn't really cut it, no matter how many times he says it.
