When all else fails, send in the ticket and write "defective". You might not find the defect, but the ALJ might find it. Worked for me recently (though it was muni-meter tickets). You'll be surprised how many tickets are simply written wrong by the agents, which get you off the hook due to lack of due process.

If both tickets are for the same car in the same time as the Muni receipt, I would think you can.

Looking for one muni meter ticket for Thursday the 18th (4/18/19)
@ 1:05pm in flatbush ConeyIsland east 9/10/12/13/14... Ave L/M/J and a bit further anywhere in that area should work.
