The terms state that you may not be eligible if you are a current amex cardholder-we all know that is not enforced, I know from my personal experience as well.  My question is will you get the bonus within 12 mo or perhaps even if u still have that card, anybody tried with these incognito offers?

I assumed you were asking about the business offers, are personal offers are (almost always) once in a lifetime, as we all know.  The business offer said clearly not for applicants who had this product in the past 12 months. Not sure what your question is.

Basically I was saying that the language on personal is if you are a current or past amex cardholder, which sounds like if u have ANY amex card u may not be eligible, yet everyone gets bonus anyway...so perhaps language on these offers is not enforced, and perhaps thus would apply to 12 mo language on biz offers...  Although notice that on personal it says MAY NOT.. But on biz it says flatly not eligible...basically, ask your lawyer:)

I'm using next browser for android on desktop mode, which seems to consistently pull up these incognito offers.

it seems like only David smith. I tried multiple times in multiple locations and nothing.

12 month on Business is deffinetly enforced. The personal offers that come without language, don't say anything about being an existing Amex cardholder. I'm pretty sure these offers are considered with language and wouldn't give you the bonus again.

K thanks. Although there have report of succes in general with personal. I'm not sure if that's the rule or the exception... I have a targeted PRG offer (no language) that expires end of next week. I would much rather do a round of apps December/January time. I'm debating if I should wait it out and hope that: a) The offers still exist and  b) I will get the bonus even though I had it already... Thoughts?

Actually, the personal incognito offers do have language, look at screenshot, and yet u still get bonus.

Right that's what we are discussing. So this is from personal experience (you had the card before and used the incognito offers and got the bonus)? I'm looking to see if these are exceptions, or if everyone is getting them...
