I don't an S7 to try, but this is not available on the s7? http://www.samsung.com/ca/support/skp/faq/1060822 (see Double tap to top)

If it is not available on the S7, there's no way that works universally on an Android phone, but with certain browsers, there are options for that. The best one is probably Dolphin in which you can set whatever gesture you want shall do that, in menu>more>settings>gesture settings. Another option is with Firefox to use this extension Smarter Scrolling.

What is the difference when one purchases an unlocked NEW S7 phone on eBay (with a high reviews seller)or from Costco as far as the actual phone goes?.

I strongly recommend Dolphin. You can add that all important feature of scrolling by web page, in a hidden (why? ) setting. Go into Features, Advanced, More and look for "Use volume key = scroll up and down by page." Once that's enabled (why isn't it default... Don't ask me! ), it's easy to just hold your volume up key and you're at the top of your page in no time.

Sometimes Dolphin gives me a "top of page" arrow automatically on the lower right of my screen while scrolling, but I won't promise it's consistent.

Hope this gives you what you need. Dolphin is awesome all around, btw.

Depends which carrier you need it for. And which unlocked version you buy.

ATT diffrence between costco and ebay unlocked new phone sellers?.

The unlocked  can be a diffrence between samsung unlocked version or the seller opens the box and unlocks himself?.

If your carrier was a CDMA carrier that would cause separate differences  but since it's not I won't even get into that.

Meanwhile if you are buying a phone unlocked online it can be an ATT version which someone just unlocked  or just any unlocked Galaxy s7 which will work with any GSM carrier. Either way it should work just fine.

The other thing to note is that the s7 was built with different chipsets so depending on which model you buy....

Again, either way you it will work just fine with GSM- AFAIK

Spigen makes great 2 layer cases. Have used them for my past few phones.

I like the Spigen Neo Hybrid. I use it on the S6 and I have dropped my phone a few times without any damage

Either one. Many people suggest against the used because they tend to have issues.
