From what I understand there's gonna be 2 lines on the UR website
1 for the regular 5% CB
2 for the extra 5% CB
The reset will likely happen to the second line (I dunno why they call it reset if it's a totally new line), this will happen so you should be able to track what you earned for each category.
It looks like if you already spent $1500 before 11/23 you'll need to spend this again and earn only 5% on the second $1500 to a max of 10%.
