Got it.
Where should it link to, create a new itinerary? That's the default page at login. Or better to the list of reservations?
I would prefer to be linked back to the list of reservations.

can you add on easyjet and other lowcost airlines and/or have an option to manually enter flight info you don`t have in your database?
I've been advised of a workaround for the time being. Leave any 1 field blank (either date, airline, or flight number), and a blank form will roll out. You can then fill in all the information manually.

I'm a little concerned about overwhelming the agent. The purpose is to be able to make it quickly, which is why we specifically set it up to automatically update the flight info. Bags and meals can be added in the notes section.

But then the whole thing can be written in the  notes section and you wouldn't need a program :)
Bags and meals happen to be some of the things that clients ask about most.

Feedback:

The itinerary shows price twice, once on top and so on the bottom. Top is a bit out of place

doesn't give travel time info in that case.

The question was, for a flight that isn't in the database how to put the flight info in manually. That's how

I meant there's no option to manually put in travel time.

What do you think about putting the box with Confirmation number, ticket number etc above the flight box.

An advantage would be if there are multiple segments it doesn't have to be broken up by the confirmations box.

Multiple segments can have separate reservations codes and separate ticket numbers...

How would I put a baby in arms? just as another pax?

Is there anyway to note that it's not a fully paid pax?

How about by seat number write "Infant in arms" or something like that.
I'm open to other suggestions. How should it look?
We are probably going to introduce some sort of passenger type designation in the future so you can price per passenger. Maybe we can work with that some way.

Sorry. We were having some issues with the sign ups as we weren't really testing that part of the site. I will forward this to the tech team and you should be up and running after Shabbos.

Sorry for the delay.
