Looks like this comes with changes to Netflix On US, changing to Netflix with Ads.

I figured things would be fluid once I saw VZW announce Netflix bundling, my guess is T-mobile exclusivity ended.

Who in the world does the training for their customer service reps? Can't swap sims online due to "security enhancements" (I get that, they've had terrible practices for years), but then the reps on the phone don't know a thing about swapping sims and took 20 minutes to understand that I don't want to cancel my line or add a new line, all I need is to transfer my number to a different device. Obviously, the rep did not ask for any PIN or verification so no security improvements there.

Their customer service is luck of the draw and can suck royally when luck isn’t on your side

That just adds agony when the wait time is 30+ minutes and the agent you’re talking to is half confident and you fear the next one might be worse.

I find calling evening/night time has a relatively short wait time. Though, at that time you're almost guaranteed to get a non American rep.

True, though the quality there has fallen as well. My last T-force interaction had me replying immediately and still took 3 of their reps and 3+ hours to finish the conversation successfully, at first they misinformed me and I had to school them.

I wonder what people who type "u" instead of "you" do with all their free time.

That's because they fired most of the T-Force team and the replacements are dodos.
