Who in the world does the training for their customer service reps? Can't swap sims online due to "security enhancements" (I get that, they've had terrible practices for years), but then the reps on the phone don't know a thing about swapping sims and took 20 minutes to understand that I don't want to cancel my line or add a new line, all I need is to transfer my number to a different device. Obviously, the rep did not ask for any PIN or verification so no security improvements there.
