I'd recommend you ensure you're on firm legal footing before doing what it seems you intend to do.

My accounting firm can monitor every key stroke ( even this one  :P to them! ) So I imagine its ok..

Check out the article. The part at the end of what I quoted about using passwords is because they cite a case where the employers used the passwords from the keylogger to check through the employee's personal email :o

They are my employees and the computers are mine, don't see an issue. I'm not interested in the keykogger feature, just want to make sure time management is fully utilized.

I ended up with https://www.webwatcher.com/phone/index.html Haven't installed it yet in all PC's. Will keep you guys posted how happy I am.

IIRC, you have to disclose what you're doing regardless if the computers and employees are yours. But, hey, if you don't see an issue...
