if your going to lublin, then maijdanek and izbitz are not that far away. buy a map of jewish poland in a jewish gift shop in poland and pick where to go.

not necessarily "into that" but I would defiantly want to go to the nitziv and R'chaim's kvorim.. I understand beside for memorials there is not much that wasn't completely destroyed in warsaw... Is lublin worth going too?

I'm think about going its ~ 4 train ride from what I understand..
there isnt to much going on in trebilinka . the nazis destroyed the camp , altough they did make it into an "attraction " . when are you going ?
be smart and don't mess things up please

I saw it all in one day, without driver or taxi.

If you are going with kids or so, I'd go for a driver, and $40 for a day seems an excellent deal.

Really, that's all? Do you remember his name? I was thinking it would be 5 times that...is Poland/Warsaw still a cheap place to get around?
