BTW, in the FAQ's it says:
How long does it take for my electronic download to be sent?
Electronic downloads are not sent immediately. They generally take 1-3 business days.

Wierd, is anyone else having this issue? There doesn't seem to be a way to speak to someone, I called after I ordered to see how long it would take and all I got was a message to check the FAQ or to email them.

I didn't either. IIRC the downloaded file had the product key as part of the file name.

It worked! I didn't need to input the code. I guess it was just some issue with the email, but the purchase went through. Anyway, thanks OP and everyone who tried to help!

The purchase goes through, but it won't let you download.

I wouldn't be so happy just yet.
