Delta 75000 offer

I searched around and didnt see a post for this, so I figured I would post

A friend of mine got a targeted offer in the mail for 75000 skymiles points after hitting a certain unknown threshold. 
Unfortunately, he does not know where the card is right now so I cant get any info from him
Has anyone else seen this offer recently.  Does anyone think this will be matchable?  Is there an offer code for it?

If you could find the POID number it should be matchable, although not so easy as the MR kind of stuff. But without that you have no chances at all with this Delta card. talking from experience.

POID numbers are targeted, but not only one time usage. usually when they target, they target a decent amount of people. And you have chances finding a rep that would be willing to match that. although it won't go 123 as like the gold / platinum. they will take the info and call you back usually.
