do research yourself but i saw a few billboards in philadelphia for a company metro pcs, ofdfering 40 or 50 dollars a month with unlimited calling and text messages with NO contracts! no actyivation fee and i think 1st month free!
(i remember something about getting a few lines with unlimited calling and text for $100-)
look online for Metro PCS.
