+1 it's useless, I placed few orders of smart switches as have more than 1 room,  they claimed I'm a reseller 🤦🏼‍♂️ I keep on getting cancelations. Maybe try different accts and different addresses.

I tried guest checkout, different email address, and different shipping / billing.  Could they either be denying based on IP address, or cc number?

I am not sure if this helps but i recently was having issues as well with cancelations, so i ordered a new card number and my friend ordered something on his end with my cc and his email/address (same zipcode) and went through for $8k

No Dell credit option. If I purchase something else from Dell will amex still claw back?

 I ordered a desktop using three cards two BP for the $200 Dell credit and one personal for the $40 off $200 Amex offer. However, the desktop does not work for me, and I will be ordering a different one but not from Dell.

 Is there any way for me to still keep the credits if I return it? Am I better off getting refunded from Amex Return Protection?
