What about an iPhone?
No removable battery?

1. There is but you need a tool
2. Shut the phone and do the same

Best to remove the battery, but you need special tools and to disassemble the phone a bit. You need to be handy, and follow online instructions. Dries out much better if you open it and let it sit for a day.
If you can't take it apart, shut it off as soon as you can, and do the rice thing, and daven. :)

A day or two. Two to be safe. Is the battery out? If it has a sim u could probably just pop it in a compatible phone. Dunno how oxy clean will effect that chance of survival.
I'm not who you think I am.

Use a blow dryer for 10 min and leave it over night

I do not believe in rice.

Be very careful with a blow dryer, as you can cause your phone to over heat.
(I mean destroy the lcd.)

like I said before be really careful when using an element with heat, to change the lcd on a phone you can use a blow dryer which will work great,(meaning it has the ability to make your lcd multi colored even while your phone is off, so be very cautious, when replacing the lcd to avoid damaging it they always tell you, to know of its too hot to buy an inferred temperature monitor, or you should be able to keep your hand on the lcd after you put the heat on it without burning yourself.
And to me the rice seems to be a myth, the water seeps into every possible place, making it the only chance possible to survive would be either to heat dry it (without melting anything) or opening up the phone and drying every thing.

Nothing to do with the blow dryer. The phone was Fried from the water.

Rice has worked for me in the past. It pulls out the water from inside. But with phones today that can't be opened it may not work as well

+1 on a bluetooth earpiece that fell in the sink, and a non-smartphone that was in 3 feet of water for about an hour.

Try propping it up in front of a fan.  You still get the flow of air to dry, but without the heat.  No, I don't have experience with a fan, but it seems very logical to me.  I used rice when I needed it and it worked after that.

p.s. Don't take my next piece of advice too lightly.  If you really believe that there is Someone Above who commands all, ...then daven, as well.
Only He will decide if your phone can be resurrected or not.

That's great news! If you have anything stored on there that's not backed up anywhere, now's the time to copy it off / back it up. Just in case.
