Check out this deal:

1) Go to the Charles Tyrwhitt Site - http://www.ctshirts.com/Default.aspx?q=felix|||||||||||||||
2) All men's dress shirts are listed at $39.50. (normally $139 - $159)
3) Add one to your cart.
4) Apply coupon code "SWU2" for $15 off to lower the price to $24.50 + tax.
5) Place your order.
6) Then, once you order online, call the Customer Service line and ask for pickup at either of the NY store locations and they will remove the $10 shipping charge....

Don't buy too many, cuz then they will cancel your orders (they did it to a friend of mine!)...

note that you can only get one discount per purchase, so you need to order each shirt separately.

you can do two, but separate orders. don't know about switching in the store, but the return policy is decent.

I ordered 2 (in separate orders). On the 2nd, I was able to call their London call center and get it rerouted to the NY store. On the first one, I was too late, as it had already been put out for shipment. (surprising, as I was told that it usually takes 2 days to put it out for shipment) The customer service agent, was nice however, and agreed to give an accommodation on the shipment cost of both orders.

their customer service center is really small. the rep told me they have 3 people working tonight so don't place multiple orders and call up for more than one because you might get the same rep......

don't ask why but I was reading their wikipedia article and apparently they are the #7 top call center in the UK.

they put my orders on hold because they saw that i used the code twice so i just got one.
