I made 2 orders using this code, one was processed, got this email regarding the second order:

Our records show that the voucher as well as the tie offer has been used on a previous order therefore it will not be possible to redeem the offers on order w36099234.

I would be grateful if you would contact us to advise as to how you would like to proceed.

BTW I don't know what he's talking about with the tie, I never got any for free...

When i asked the CR on chat about sending my order to NY Store this was her response? is this true?

This can be done but the order will still have to leave the UK and will take 6 weeks to reach the store as it does not go via air mail. If the order is delivered to your home address it will go via air mail. Alternatively, you may contact the store to arrange the purchase to collect

I ordered and they told me that it would be ready in the store for pick up in 10 business days.
