Getting off Hertz's DNR list

Is there any legal way to get off the list?

Are there people out there who can help with someone who got onto the list for allegedly bribing a manager (he denies it ever happening and Hertz doesn't want to hear about it)?

Willing to pay a lawyer or anyone who can help with a legitimate, legal way to get off the list.

Wow the good old Yeshiva days. I was on Avis's list. Kept calling the head of security, and eventually became friends with him and he took me off.

About 3 years ago.

I have the name of the head honcho who wrote the letter (he was president of the company but has since moved on to another unrelated job) and the guy we tried contacting at the time (who is still with Hertz but in another state/capacity) if that helps.
