He didn't mean to be rude, lol.
Here's the deal, though. That route is extremely hard to find saver awards on. Like, nearly impossible and certainly not during popular seasons.
You're gonna have to pay standard award amounts of points and once you're at that point, the cash price of the ticket will be better vs an award ticket.
Hence, start spending on a card that earns you 2% cashback and save up that money to buy your flights.

Freedom unlimited is better and more versatile than a 2% card.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

Looking forward to that.  ;)

Dan, would you happen to know if it's possible to PC a BA card to a Chase Branded card?

Got turned down. I'm not sure to HUCA it or not, or is it not possible to PC it?

Some people are having an issue with selling points.

The real answer is that if you are planing to find non stop direct flights you gonna wanna have cards from the following group. Either chase or AMEX or SPG or MPE. So to sum it up there is no straight answer because it's such a hard route to find you have to be prepared with all miles you can get your hands on and put some hard work into it

It's not that hard.....You can use Chase UR points and transfer them over to united airlines for 85K points EWR-TLV (each way).

Yep...for Nonstop. If you do with a stopover than it's about 42K points.
In any case, if you do one of the Chase CC sign up deals you can get 85K -100K points.

I stand corrected...It's between 42.5K and 85K
Most days, it's 85K

Incorrect, you're getting confused with saver and standard awards.

I guess UA accomplished what they wanted with their new website  >:(
