This is actually a good thing for me because I have little kids who tend to overestimate how much toilet paper is appropriate - so better for my septic system.

If you live in a place without sales tax, you can make a slight profit on two cases of paper that's selling for $55.99 with a $44 rebate. Maybe if you wanted to donate the paper to a non-profit, you could use their tax exemption.
