So I'm in SLC, and the snow situation has not been good.
Monday afternoon was ok, it was lightly packed powder.
Tuesday was packed powder turning into slush.
Today, it was ice or slush, depending on which mountain you chose. I chose slush.
BUT, it is snowing now and supposed to be 13-18".
So I am leaving tomorrow, and was mad that I was going to miss it.
So my flight was at 6AM.
I called Continental and said they should give me a later flight even if there is no availability since they messed me over.
She went through all the flights, and said there is no room, I will have to stay on the 125PM.
I said, "wait, what time is my flight?" "1:25".
Oh.
That was what I wanted.
Now I can board for 3 hours until all the powder is tracked anyway.
