it includes basically everything:

flights
transportation
food
unlimited drinks the whole time
hotels
entrance fees (for the museum in Prague, we will also do a cruise in the Vltava river)

not including:

tips for the drivers, restaurants, & for the goyim providing water at the cemeteries
