Long story short but we might lose our place for pesach anyone know of hotels in the area for 1st days

just to update you guys we found a hotel at 2pm on Friday ...didn't do any research as I was desperate,  food was horrible accommodations were horrible staff was horrible...what a waste of money! we left last night as soon as we were able...I feel like i'm bitten up from bedbugs...

I never understood the desire to protect a crappy business. Unless something happened that was beyond their control, there is no excuse. From  what you described it was more than just a simple slip up. It sounds like a complete and utter failure on so many fronts. That type of garbage deserves to be yelped from the top of the Internet. IMHO.

this is a Jewish business and is cheaper then most pesach programs some people may look at getting 50% lower price then average hotel worth getting such service but some may say that this service is not worth any ammount so it all varies in opinion...

So what if it's Jewish? That doesn't give them an excuse to have horrible service. It's the same crap people argue about talias or the Miami restaurant in Surfside.
Unless the  advertise that the food sucks and they that you like crap then nobody expects that and they deserve to be called out.

Just looked up this old thread had the craziest erev pesach last year with my wife and kid driving around looking for a hotel because our accommodations fell through what a crazy story!this year I'm working on hotel "already" now!
