Fast by me started @ 5:15am till 7:30pm.

Woke up @ 4:10 to eat something before the fast, but felt suddenly sick so I didn't manage to eat or drink anything before.

I only stopped fasting @ 7:50pm, but b"h I fasted very well, and unlike usually I did not have migraines.

I made some Ravioli before the 6am start time here, call me odd but I wasn't hungry the rest of the day.
Fasts sure would be easier if we could just drink...
Broke the fast just after 8pm on bagels and baked ziti.

I had a heavy fleishig sheva brachos to break. We had to wait about 30 min for the C&K to show. I threw up in middle of the night

I got up at 545 to eat, snowboarded from 9:00 to 11:25, (was on second chair up), got off mountain at 11:25, made 1:25 flight after returning rental car and checking luggage, flew to phoenix and then JFK, and broke my fast about half an hour after I noticed the sun was gone.

Thats an excellent finish to your original trip report.
People with the name "Dan" seem to always have the best trip reports ;)

Ill try to remember. Im on a diet now, so i dont think it will be anytime soon.
(Although with my diet success rates, it may be pretty soon ;))

That's the correct way to fly on a fast day.
When I first went to Hawaii (2006) it was flying on tainis esther.  Longest tainis esther ever.
