Correct, as i understand it.
I'm sure someone will correct me if i'm wrong but my understanding is that that previously, due to the Brady violation, the judge ordered a new trial. Today's hearing was an attempt by the defense to argue that the charges should be dismissed (i.e., no new trial). The judge did not agree and ruled that the new trial should go forward.

(this, notwithstanding the TLS headline "judge grants Rabbi Eismann new trial" which is technically correct but leaves the reader with the impression that RE was granted something that he was asking for...)

You are correct.

Is it forsure at this stage, that the prosecution is definitely planning on actually going ahead with starting a new trial?

They seem adamant to do so.

What their strategy is I can only guess, based on their recent activity. I would think that they are going to try to rewrite the script a little. Change what they are alleging a little so that they should be able to present a case even with the bookkeeper's testimony. Basically to say that Rabbi Eisemann can be guilty even if he didn't do anything himself. But they have contradicted themselves in the past (and said that he would not be guilty in this type of scenario), so we have to see if the judge will strike down any new prosecutorial theory.

That is just my guess.

There's nothing sensitive about your DNS, but it may not help him.

From googling it looks like quad9 works, reddit should help you here
Tried Google DNS, Cloudflare, and Quad 9. All not working.
