Does anyone have any tips for getting in contact with JetBlue re: this status match offer? I beat the June 30 deadline but never received any confirmation emails. After multiple calls and 30 minutes on hold, JetBlue confirmed the challenge is on my account, but nothing re: the status match.
I thought this match/challenge was a big deal, but the first two reps acted like they had never heard of this one — they kept talking about the Virgin promo — and then they insisted it ended on May 31, rather than June 30. Then the last rep, who did know about it, didn't offer a way to get my match processed.
I already booked three flights on JetBlue and thought I'd be trying out Mosaic, but neither the web forms nor the phone reps are getting me anywhere. Thanks.
