Tried that number but after another 30 minutes on the phone (after yesterday's 30-plus minutes), JetBlue is claiming not to have received my request and they won't let me resubmit it. They just kept encouraging me to spend $1,250 to meet the challenge.

I already booked three international flights on JetBlue, expecting that I'd be able to try out Mosaic. Not real impressed with JetBlue so far — an hour on the phone, several email "replies" that were just canned responses, etc. Maybe I should stick with AA and UA.

(As an added bonus, my seat assignment on the first flight seems to have disappeared, and now there are only middles left. I guess I'll be paying $60 for an EMS seat or playing that free-EMS-at-checkin lottery that B6 types talk about.)

Try twitter. I had a good experience with their twitter team.

Try twitter. I had a good experience with their twitter team.

I actually started with Twitter, hoping the same thing. They referred me to the TrueBlue phone line, the first two of whom, as I mentioned above, had seemingly never heard of the status match/status challenge. I might follow up with the Twitter people this week, just for the hell of it.

Aside from getting reps that had never heard of a major promotion, the most surprising thing is that JetBlue doesn't consider status matches year-round. I figured they'd always be looking to poach elites from the legacy carriers.

Does anyone have experience with Mosaic cancelling award tickets?

If I make a multiple pax ressy can I cancel just one of the pax?

Upon cancellation do the taxes go back to CC or Travel Bank?

Upon cancellation do the taxes go back to CC or Travel Bank? I'm not 100% certain but I believe you can ask them to refund to the credit card.

Why would you ever book RT?
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

Less clicks of the mouse, dont have to enter CC numbers twice. Time is $$  ;D

It takes a second to save cc info to profile.
Time is money, which is why you shouldn't book roundtrip. You save plenty of time (and often money) if you miss or cancel the outbound.

Yes. Has to be called in; no online option.

Yes, but if the pax being canceled is the mosaic member the others will lose the mosaic change and cancelation privileges (they will lose bags, but not EMS seats, priority security, and priority boarding).

TB, I think (just like all mosaic cancelations).

So if I have a party of 4 travelling and I want them to be able to cancel for free I can just book myself as a 5th passenger and cancel my ticket the day before the flight ?

Any issues ?
