what abt entering the code under the bar code, think any chance of it working as a gift card as payment! ?

Yes I did but it only mentions banana republic stores so I was just trying to clarify if perhaps it worked online for the other stores. It was a slim chance as they all share the same checkout but it was worth asking.

Check to see if your barcode is still there. Once they pulled the promo mine disappeared.

Best thing to have done was to screen shot the bar code to have for a later time!

It was saved to passbook, and I guess they updated it. I obviously got them to honor it anyway, but the point is that it disappeared.

Mine disappeared too. But I got one now from someone that wasn't yet activated, so the barcode was still there. However, the shopping cart won't accept it.
