Walmart Questions

I ordered something at Walmart.com and a minute after placing the order I realized that I have a Walmart GC. I attempted to cancel the order but when I got to the "recent orders" page there was no such order. I immediately called CS and provided them with the order # I got via email and was told (conversation recorded, just in case...) that no such order exists. They then took my account info and upon looking at my account they were also unable to pull up such an order. She created a ticket number and now starts the wait (allegedly max of 48 hrs)....
Does anyone have any experience with this? My CC was even charged (I mentioned this on the phone).

I apologize in advance if there's already a dedicated thread for such concerns.

ETA: I also saved a screenshot of my confirmation page. Hope it'll help me at some point if needed.

Probably just an authorization which will fall off since they only actually charge the card when the item ships.

Probably just an authorization which will fall off since they only actually charge the card when the item ships.
Hopefully just a minor issue, but considering the time and effort I intended to spend on this whole thing...

I received an order that its order number didn't exist. I bought a bottle of detergent (bad idea) and it busted all over the place during shipping. When I called to complain (multiple times) they could not find an order with my order number, even days after.

We had the same issue with a order recently.
It's a issue with 3rd party seller orders for some reason they don't see it in their system.
We only figured it out because we went to a store and showed them our confirmation email.
You need to call them up and tell them it's a third party seller.

Update: Ok, it's in their system. I don't quite get the reason for all this, but perhaps it's a third party seller as mentioned above. Thanks again for all the help.  :D
