They are also changing that you need to cancel before 30 days instead of 60 days?

In the last few years they have slowly implemented rules trying to eliminate churners. Chase/Amex are becoming pains to deal with. Life is getting tough these days for cc churners, much harder than it used to be.

I downgraded my card 6 days after the fee posted, and I only got a prorated refund misiing $7
was this always the case or it's new?

If I'm charged af for plat. then downgrade to prg, then close the account, all within 30 days from when af posted, will I get a full refund ?

Only a couple of hours left to be able to cancel cards and get the AF prorated.
