Why not just order through amex?
People here posted they ordered online and Ticketmaster promised earlier delivery than over the phone.
Just wondering how they did it.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

Got it. I'm convinced that shipping date will be the same but can't hurt to go through TM if you can.

They weren't aware there was a show that was so exclusive. Everyone wants what they can't get.

I'd bet a large majority of the people posting here are planning on making money off of this rather than actually attending.

Just watched the clip from the Tony awards. LMM easily the least impressive part of the performance itself. Obviously his work in creating it was the most important part, but it just feels like he hurts the actual performance. The guy is amazing as a rapper/composer, not quite as good as an actual singer/dancer.

Any seat is a pure money maker.
"LESS IS MORE" It is the cumulative effect that kills deals!!! How many times do I have to say this?  >:(

Possibly but on TM they were only allowing you to buy one seat at a time this decreases the value a lot. In addition this is chicago and not nyc and the prices are not the same. You also may only get the tickets right before so the prices may be cheaper at that point.

Still not a for sure money maker... this is in chicago and tickets aren't going for as much. TM also only lets you buying 1 at a time which is worth way less...

Nice! it was my understanding that it was able to be sold for more... why so little? was it a single ticket?

Single ticket, but that's not "why" it was sold for cheap. Demand isn't high now, selling prices r similar to what I sold for, and there are significant risks that prices "normalize" in the future. I'm perfectly happy to make >$450 with little risk.

And were your tickets for a high demand date or a regular date?  Also if the lead actor is better then the previous one has been, do you think prices will go even higher?

Doubt prices will go higher. Even if show is arguably better with a new cast, a lot of the current demand is to see the original cast, especially the writer. There is a significant risk that prices revert to more typical awesome Broadway show prices. Not 1500 for orchestra seats.

I think I agree to you. Its not even that he is such a good actor just that he is part of the original cast and writer.
