It's online version of Adobe suite, like Photoshop. You could edit photos and other media

And when posting a deal or the similar! When it sounds like something I would think would be posted before hand usually take a min or two looking or ask the very dear ddf member TimT for such a post (if it was ever around) and if all these come to be a no so here goes the post!
