No although the plans are the same only without some marketplace rules. I went to Cosmo insurance in Lakewood.

Agents can offer to go through the marketplace for you if they are registered... You can only get the tax credits if you are going through the marketplace also a big difference in the marketplace plans if you are under 250% FPL and choose silver you will get cost share reduction on a sliding scale..
