I guess its innovative to make a new sight etc. the new definitely looks much nicer but its annoying and a pita for us oldies to get used to the new layout. i guess we gotta take one for the team once in awhile

It may work on a computer, but not so much on a phone. The best thing about it though is it loads fast.

After the update to the apps it was only a matter of time. I think AMEX still has the best site (easiest search of transactions function is awesome). But maybe this will rock.

Correct, the problem is not the new site, per se.
Users will always complain about change and something new, but they will get used to it.
The real question is can you preserve (or improve) functionality while increasing usability

I created a new login for a friend a couple of weeks ago and it was already the new site. For my login, it's still the old site. So I guess so far it's only for new login's.

My personal profile switched over a few days ago. Has anyone figured out how to not get redirected to the mobile website when trying to login using the new site?

Shame they didn't ask us before the change. Here is probably a group of some of the heaviest users of chase.com. They only asked me after the destruction of the old well-designed site, "How do you like our new site?"

I actually told it them straight but I have a funny feeling that they won't change it back

Im already used to the new one. Had it for about a month now. The main thing what I like with this one better is the login details box. It's much bigger boxes. Much easier. But anyway you'll get used to it pretty quickly and you'll find that it's quite convenient.
