Citi extremely long hold times

Yesterday was on hold for over an hour and just gave up.
Today I discovered this

Long hold  and also card being blocked is good so you can ask for compensation such as 5000 miles or  $50 credit or whatever it is. It is called compensation  for  inconvenience

2 minute hold for me yesterday on prestige line, maybe try that.
