they pulled automatically
I still dont know how many pulled
They told me on Thursday its will take two day's till the account will be created but I still don't see it online and the other card they cut the limit rightaway is there any chances its will still be denied

If they cut the credit line of one of your other cards, you're approved. Should show up online in a few days.

The only difference being is that some recon departments (like Citi) may not open on Sunday, and you would therefore have to wait to discuss any possible denial.

Let us know how it goes. I am also looking to freeze the E's. Can I assume your applying for Chase cards? Which ones?

i do not think i will freeze as do not want to start with ,
NY FREEZE :
"enclose one copy of a government issued identification card, such as a driver's license, state or military ID card, etc., and one copy of a utility bill, bank or insurance statement, etc., and make sure that each copy is legible (enlarge if necessary), displays your name and current mailing address, and the date of issue (statement dates must be recent).

i think i can get what i want in c.c. without the freeze and the hassle to remove it from the two e's

sounds like if a bank wants the info an u have a cc with them they may get it

"A security freeze generally does not apply to circumstances in which you have an existing account relationship and a copy of your report is requested by your existing creditor or its agents or affiliates for certain types of account review, collection, fraud control or similar activities."

I think that only applies for requests for credit regarding an existing account but not for new accounts. If not then freezes wouldn't be very effective.

i sort of read it that way too --but like anything else --who knows,---i am sure chase -citi etc can get anything they want ( not that i think any of us are so important that they would push for our info)  --yet from what people post -it does sound like it works --since i think i can get what i need and not any real great things in offers  that i have not -or can not apply for-- i will wait -- i find it a pain to send in documentation even if i can scan it an send

It does, but it's not clear how it works. Use the address currently being reported to the bureaus (i.e. the one on your current cards) or you'll lower your chances of instant approval and possibly cause other delays/problems.

Here's my plan -- I'm going to open a po box online in another state (that pulls from a different agency). Then I'm going to use that address when applying for my first business card.

if they tell me that I need a physical address I will tell them that's its an online business and everything gets sent to the pob address.
Do u think this will work?

Why don't you open the PO box then change your address on other CCs to there, so it will show up already on your CR?

+1
Once the address is on your report they ask less questions.

I recently called ex and TU and had them remove an old addess of off my report.  Would I be able to call them and ask them to add an address on to my profile?

If doable it would make it that much easier for an ID thief.

Does anyone know any banks that for sure do not pull from Experian in CA?

I recently moved from NY to CA; am I going to get all my pulls according the way CA is known to do it? or will I still be subject to NY's credit pulling rules?

BTW
my pulls have been as follows: (all while still in NY)
Chase: TransUnion, Experian
AMEX: TransUnion, Experian, Equifax
Macy's: Experian
Bank of America: Experian, Equifax
Citi: Equifax

I have more than 1 inquiry from Chase & AMEX, I'm not sure if every time they pulled all the above-mentioned reports.

Hey,

i'm hoping i could get advice from you guys in doing a 3bm. what in your opinions would be the best value i could get?

i'm also trying to figure out which bank would pull from equifax or transunion bc i already have 5 pulls on experian (live in NY) I know there's info on this thread about which banks pull from where, but i couldn't figure out if there has been any consistencies determined or not

and would applying for a Citi visa and Citi amex result in two different pulls?

Thanks in advance for all the advice!!

Hmmm, if neither of you ever froze your reports, I doubt it. You can always get a 3-in-1 credit report and check.
