NY state:

Amex: Experian (three browser trick confirmed, at least for me)
Bank of America: TransUnion
CapitalOne: All three bureaus, duh!
Chase: Experian (three browser trick confirmed, at least for me)
Citi: Equifax (three browser trick confirmed, though it seems biz card was a separate pull), both personal and biz pulls
Discover: TransUnion
SimmondsFirst: TransUnion

Summary

Citi's the only one that pulled Equifax.
Amex and Chase both pulled Experian. (my score is 30 points lower here because of all the pulls)
Others pulled TransUnion

Amex/Chase from Experian? Does your report actually say 'Master Card'?

I think the issuers generally go by state, but there are (often enough) exceptions.

would u think that each issuer (per state) has its report that it checks and if it can't access it for what ever reason, it'll go to a different one?

Sorry I just double checked my equifax report Dated 3/28/11 and it shows:

American Express TRS CO
Citi Bank
Discover Financial Services
FIA CSNA

AMEX shows only one time even thought they pulled more then 1 time in the past 2 years

(I mixed up Master with Discover sorry it was my mistake)

Because I remember seeing in a different thread that you were looking for something other than citi for a decent price and was wondering if you found one...

I don't mind Citi, so long as it's a low fixed price ($5 or less each month) and I don't need to cancel and renew it each month.
