monitoring technology for the elderly

Hey Guys, Im looking for a reliable monitor with at least 2 cameras that I can set up in my grandfathers apartment to make sure he is safe, (he has wifi) so I would appreciate if anyone can direct me to the right system. I am also looking for a tracking device that he can wear. Tia!

Set up some cheap smartphones with a monitoring app, no?

To clarify I am looking for something that includes a monitor so I don't have to rely on my phone...
