There doesn't seem to be a master thread so I'll start one.

Using the $20 off $50 Amex Offer you can get some pretty decent deals. One great deal that really stands out is 100 stamps for $49. You can then use a filler like Ketchup or Sriracha to bring you just above $50. Basically getting you 100 stamps for $30. That's far better than any of the DDMS deals of $15 off $75 stamps on ebay.

If you use UXD0N (my referral hopefully Dan will replace with his) you get $10 when you place your first order. I believe the +1 trick still works as well.

Boxed in general is way overpriced. Using the Amex offer gets you a better than average deal but still nothing crazy.  You can currently get 100 stamps on ebay for ~$39.

Correct, but 40% off makes it worthwhile.
