What did you do or tell them?
When my order was canceled. I got this email
Your order xxxxxxxx has been canceled as a result of suspected abuse of our terms of service.
Possible reasons for this include (but are not limited to):
Duplicate accounts per user
Promotional abuse
Contemporaneous orders

Any preauthorized or pending charges will drop off within 2 business days depending on the speed of your financial institution.
Cardholder protection and account safety is of the utmost importance to us. If you believe this was done in error or can provide an explanation please contact us at fraud@boxed.com.
So I sent a email to fraud@boxed.com saying why my orders was canceled.
And they apologized and gave me a 15℅ off coupon.
