how?

RTM? i don't know. i only recently learned about having an option to change poll answers

When the creator of the poll sets it up there's an option whether to allow changes or not, (as well as many other options) so I guess you'll have to appeal to each poll creator separately to allow that...

My greatest achievement? I am fluent in FRIENDS quotes

I could reset it. I don't see any other options. Should I reset? Any suggestions?

Never seen a source that you need to limit the amount of showers you take, only the temp.
Well, then you did not learn the Haluches. Or if your LOR told you so,  then HE did not learn.

Why do people think that Yiddishkeit/Halacha is about auto-responses? If it were that way we wouldn't need Rabbonim, Moirei Horo'o, and for that matter we could probably eliminate 90% of Halacha Seforim.

The psak that I heard several times is that as long as it's not לתענוג but something that you would do any other day of the year, it's a non-issue (frequency, temp, etc). The halachos about bathing in the 9 days were written in a different time and place, when bathing was a luxury and wasn't a daily routine (nor was hot, or for that matter running water).
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

What part of that says to shower less frequently? I can only decipher it from the last sentence, which says to refrain from bathing (entirely) - but even that says "it is proper," implying that's beyond the letter of the law. Will look into the Hebrew sources tomorrow.

Well if you want to go around the rules we can figure that out. But the rule is what it is.

@Yehuda you made me work D minutes to resize the pic, next time just look it up your self ;)

The fact is that when this halacha was written people took showers very infrequently. Written into the halacha is a heter for someone who is very uncomfortable not showering. Nowadays that most people shower every day, it's pretty clear that it is allowed.

The people who don't shower are taking a very stringent reading that 99% of people shouldn't shower and only that rare freak who neeeds to can shower. In reality, it is more likely that most people nowadays fall into the exception for this and only the rare guy who typically is fine walking around smelly needs to make sure that his once a week shower isn't during the 9 days...

Not looking to go around any rules c"v, just quoting what I was told, and admonishing the trend of using a sefer as a Halachic authority, rather than asking your LOR. Do we really want to get to a stage where our children will say no need for Rabbonim (except on Shabbos and Yomtov) and have a computerized posek?

Obviously  נהרא נהרא ופשטיה, which is why one should ask their LOR. When I sat shiva ל״ע and asked for guidance the first rule was that we are meikel in aveilus.

Of course if someone is uncomfortable because he is not taking his shower he can take one using look warm water in and out, however to take a shower just because "I am used to it" is not allowed.

What is your definition of "uncomfortable"?

Is it this: causing or feeling unease or awkwardness
"LESS IS MORE" It is the cumulative effect that kills deals!!! How many times do I have to say this?  >:(
