Help - Samsung CD player not working after inserting mp3 cd

I have this CD player, it's about a year old.  We put in a CD with mp3 tracks and now it won't read regular CDs. It says INVALID when a regular CD is inserted and then automatically ejects it. Reset (holding down STOP for 5 seconds) didn't help.
