Galaxy s6 slow

 I coudnt find a old topic for this but My wife and i have galaxy  s6 and recently are phones slowed down and is freezing very often i am not sure if this is because of a recent update or not is anyone else having the same issues?

Can anyone help me?
I jave a Samsung s6 and i downloaded an app by mistake its called download manager by pub:DOIONLINE
It locked into my phone i can uninstall it
In Google play it doesn't show up that i downloaded it but it does show that i need to deactivate it. But i cant its not letting and the big problem is that it has ads that keep popping up every 10 seconds
Please help!
