1: what's the difference between this brand and the Dixie ones you get from Costco/BJs
2: why wouldn't it get honored? Crazier Amazon deals like the Kleenex paper towels were honored

Just got my package with the plates. The box was huge and heavy (and deformed). When I opened it I saw the plates along with a bunch of random soap and creams and workout supplements I never ordered. Amazon said they didn't want them back and refunded my entire order. The stuff seems to sell for a decent price on Amazon not that I will probably ever use most of it and will most likely end up giving a lot of it away.
