I recently sat next to a JetBlue pilot on a flight and we had a lovely 2hr conversation. He flies various routes out of JFK and says that JetBlue loves all the yidden flying from New York to Florida. The number one request he's heard as a pilot for JetBlue from anyone is for them to make a JFK-TLV route. The interesting part is that he says JetBlue actually has chalomos to do such a thing eventually and that TLV is on the top of their list to add. Take it for what its worth.

Closest to that would probably be SQ (partial partner with B6 on mileage program) finally flying into TLV (and would be nice if they would tack on a 5th freedom flight to US or even to a European destination)
